How It Works

Whether you're ordering custom apparel, promotional products, or printed materials, we've made the process simple and transparent. From your first quote request to final delivery, here's what you can expect when working with Costley Designs.

  • Submit a quote request for custom apparel, promotional items, or printed materials. If we need additional details—like product type, sizing, or intended use—we’ll follow up before preparing your estimate.

  • You’ll receive a clear, itemized estimate and a digital design proof (if applicable). This is your chance to request changes to:

    • Quantity

    • Product type or material

    • Sizing or placement

    Note: Design work and production begin only after the invoice is paid.

  • Once you approve the estimate and design, we’ll send an invoice. Your order moves into production after payment is received in full.

  • We’ll begin your order and keep you updated if anything changes. Most orders are completed within 7–14 business days, but we always aim to deliver sooner when possible.

  • When your order is ready, we’ll reach out to coordinate pickup, local delivery, or shipping—whichever option works best for you.

  • Rush orders are available for an additional 20% fee, with turnaround in as little as 3–5 business days, depending on our current production schedule. Be sure to let us know in your quote request if you have a hard deadline.
